As Head of Support, I get to be the architect of how our team runs. I design processes, keep tickets from spiraling into chaos, and ensure the customer experience stays sharp. Since I’m on the younger side for this kind of role, I like to think I bring fresh energy (and probably too many emojis in team chats 🤭) while keeping everything on track. Collaboration with other teams is also huge—I share customer insights, improve workflows, and help brainstorm new ideas to keep us all aligned.

I love how automotive AI takes away the mundane, repetitive tasks—like manually tracking every single text—so employees can focus on what really matters. It frees up time for face-to-face communication, more personalized dealership experiences, and less stress overall. Teams sell more while feeling less overwhelmed—it’s a win-win.

I’m incredibly proud of my team’s growth. We started with no processes and relied heavily on other teams for knowledge. Now, we’re able to resolve nearly 50% of tickets independently—without pulling in the dev team. Watching my team take ownership and become self-sufficient has been so rewarding.

I love that even while we work hard, the environment encourages collaboration, problem-solving, and celebrating the impact of what we do.

My favorite aspect of the Matador platform is how it delivers custom-tailored responses and behavior for every possible type of customer inquiry. It feels less like ‘just another platform’ and more like a smart extension of the dealership team—always ready with the right response at the right time.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, practicing yoga, and traveling whenever I can. I also enjoy being outdoors or sometimes just taking a whole day to do absolutely nothing—it’s the perfect way to recharge and come back energized.

I have a pretty amazing dog radar and can spot them anywhere —so I always end up screaming ‘Doggoooo!’ whenever I see one in the street. I just can’t resist!
