Q: Tell us about your role at Matador.
As a Customer Success Manager at Matador, I partner closely with our dealership clients to ensure they’re getting real, measurable value from the platform. My role involves training, ongoing optimization, reviewing performance data, and helping teams adopt new features and automations that improve engagement and efficiency.
Q: What excites you most about working in automotive AI technology?
Automotive is fast-paced and relationship-driven, and AI allows teams to respond quicker, stay consistent, and never miss an opportunity. Being part of technology that directly impacts customer experience and dealership performance is incredibly rewarding.
Q: Can you share a memorable moment or proud achievement since joining Matador?
One of the most memorable moments has been watching Matador grow from around 100 clients when I started three years ago to now supporting thousands of dealerships using the platform. Seeing that growth firsthand, and knowing I’ve played a role in helping clients succeed along the way, has been incredibly fulfilling.
Q: How does Matador’s culture influence your daily work experience?
Matador’s culture encourages ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. There’s a strong emphasis on supporting one another, which makes it easy to bring ideas forward, ask questions, and work together to solve challenges for our clients.
Q: What’s your favorite feature of the Matador platform, and why?
Superhuman and AI Follow Up were true game-changers and really took Matador to another level. The platform’s customization allows each dealership to set up their account exactly how they want, ensuring the technology works for their processes rather than the other way around.
Q: Outside of work, what passions or hobbies energize you?
I love traveling and exploring new places and cultures. I also enjoy staying active and spending quality time with friends and family.
Q: Fun fact about you?
I’ve traveled to more than 20 countries, and my absolute favorites are the Philippines and Thailand.
