As a Customer Success Manager, I am responsible for managing client relationships and making sure each account gets the support they need. I am the main point of contact for my assigned clients, keeping track of performance, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating with our internal teams to make sure we are delivering on every front.

I also review accounts regularly and keep everything documented in HubSpot for transparency and continuity. My role really comes down to one thing: making sure our clients feel supported, confident, and successful with Matador.

What excites me most is seeing how AI can truly change the way dealerships communicate with their customers. It is incredible to watch technology simplify daily tasks, save time, and help teams connect with buyers in a more personal and efficient way.

The automotive industry is constantly evolving, and being part of that innovation, seeing ideas turn into tools that actually make people’s jobs easier, is what keeps me motivated every day.

A proud moment for me has been building strong, lasting relationships with my clients. It is really rewarding to see that trust develop over time and know that I have helped them get the most out of Matador.

When a client tells me that Matador has made their day-to-day life easier or that they are seeing results because of our work together, that is what makes this role so meaningful to me.

Matador’s culture makes coming to work enjoyable and motivating. The collaborative, supportive environment encourages me to be proactive and creative in helping clients, while knowing that I have a team backing me up. It keeps me engaged, focused, and proud of the work I do every day.

My favorite feature of the Matador platform is Sequences, particularly because of the ability to fully customize messages.

It provides strong engagement right when a lead comes into Matador, ensuring timely and relevant communication. The platform also offers extensive options for how many messages to send and when they should launch. There are so many ways to create tailored sequences and assign them to specific lead sources or touchpoints, making it incredibly flexible and effective for managing leads.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about building friendships and connecting with people. I enjoy striking up conversations with strangers in everyday situations and creating meaningful connections. 

Having worked in the customer service industry my whole life, I’ve had the opportunity to not only help and guide people but also foster lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients. These interactions energize me and continue to inspire me every day.

I am a WWE fan and love cosplaying! I get a kick out of bringing characters to life at conventions, meeting new people, and having fun with the community. My husband and I even go to live WWE shows whenever we can, cheering on our favorites and soaking in the energy. Zero Miedo! The ones who know…well, they know 😉
