Matador Spotlight: Pardy Paghigian
At Matador, our people are what power the platform. From business development and engineering to customer success and innovation, every team member plays a critical role in helping dealerships move faster, work smarter, and connect more meaningfully with their customers.
Today, we’re spotlighting Pardy Paghigian, Business Development Representative, whose consistency, execution, and relationship-first mindset help dealerships see how AI can solve real operational challenges and drive better results.
Q: Tell us about your role at Matador.
I work in Business Development at Matador, focused on opening and qualifying opportunities with automotive dealerships. I run discovery calls, engage key decision-makers, and book demos by connecting Matador’s value to real challenges like speed to lead, follow-up, and missed opportunities. I also support our Solutions Engineers after demos by helping with follow-ups, providing context, and coordinating next steps. My role is to build a consistent pipeline and set our sales team up with qualified, high-intent conversations.
Q: What excites you most about working in automotive AI technology?
What excites me most is seeing AI help dealerships move faster and stay more consistent without losing the human side of sales. Dealerships win on relationships, and Matador helps teams respond faster, follow up smarter, and stay present with every lead. When a store saves hours every day and customers get a better experience, you can feel the impact right away, and that’s motivating.
Q: Can you share a memorable moment or proud achievement since joining Matador?
A proud moment for me was helping 35 dealerships experience Matador through live demos in a single month. Seeing dealers react in real time to what the platform can do, and watching momentum build through consistent execution, was a great feeling.
Q: How does Matador’s culture influence your daily work experience?
Matador’s culture pushes me to show up sharp every day. People here move fast, share what’s working, and support each other without ego. If you need help, you get it. If you win, everyone celebrates it. That combination of high standards and real teamwork keeps me motivated and focused.
Q: What’s your favorite feature of the Matador platform, and why?
My favorite aspect of Matador is how it automates follow-up while still keeping conversations personal. It helps dealerships stay on top of leads and interactions that would normally fall through the cracks. When reps can spend less time chasing and more time talking to real buyers, results improve quickly.
Q: Outside of work, what passions or hobbies energize you?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and doing arts and crafts projects with my kids. Those moments help me recharge, stay present, and come back to work with fresh energy.
Q: Fun fact about you?
I have an unexpected talent for assembling flat-pack furniture quickly and without stress. Some people meditate… I build shelving units.
Pardy’s disciplined approach, focus on real dealership challenges, and commitment to consistent execution make her a key contributor to Matador’s growth. Her ability to balance performance with a people-first mindset reflects what Matador is all about: technology that works, teamwork that matters, and results that speak for themselves.
