Matador reads repair orders, RO status and service appointments from Tekion, and turns both live and historical service data into automated follow-up.
What's live on the integration today, so you can plan your process around it.
Live today on the Tekion integration.
Tekion being cloud-native means the service data arrives clean and current, which shows up in what you can automate: the difference between "we think this customer is due" and "this customer declined an alignment on the fourteenth". Matador uses that to send follow-up that references the actual recommendation, which is the version customers reply to. Historical data is available for segmentation from day one rather than after a migration.
Matador is granted read access to Tekion service data: repair orders, status, appointments.
Choose what fires a message: RO closed, service declined, mileage interval, months since last visit.
Customers get messages tied to real shop events, and replies come back into one inbox.
See it running against your own stack. Fifteen minutes, no slide deck.
