Activix Integration

Matador runs two-way with Activix. Appointments move in both directions, every text and email lands on the lead file, and an opt-out captured in Matador is written straight into Activix.

Why It Matters

What Changes With Activix Connected

Activix is the CRM of record in a large share of Quebec and Ontario stores, and its lead file is where managers actually look. So Matador writes there rather than beside it: the conversation, the appointment and the assigned rep all show up in Activix, and a rep who needs the full history clicks one deep link to land on the exact lead record. The AI Bot can be turned on, paused or retargeted from inside Activix, which means the desk never has to learn a second tool to take control of a conversation.

1

Connect

We authenticate Matador against your Activix account. No export, no CSV, no IT project.

2

Match your process

Rep assignment, sequences and message rules are configured to how your desk already runs.

3

Work one inbox

Conversations happen in Matador and land on the Activix record, so the CRM stays the system of record.

More Than a Sync

What Runs on Top of the Activix Connection

The integration is the plumbing. These are the AI agents and tools that use it to answer, follow up and book — all included in the platform.

Straight Answers

Questions Worth Asking

Does an opt-out in Matador reach Activix?
Yes. One direction. When a customer replies STOP, Matador records the opt-out and pushes it into Activix. The reverse is not connected: an opt-out set directly in Activix does not flow back, so treat Matador as the place to record them.
Can I run the AI from inside Activix?
Yes. AI Bot management is part of this integration, so you can start, stop or reassign the agent on a lead without leaving Activix. Deep links jump you into the Matador thread when you want the full conversation.
Do photos and attachments sync?
No. Media is the one gap: images a customer sends, or that your team sends back, stay in Matador and are not copied into the Activix lead file. Everything text-based does sync.
How long does it take to connect?
Most stores connect their stack in under an hour and are live within days. Our team handles the configuration: you need a kickoff call and credentials for the systems you want connected.
