Dealertrack Integration

Why It Matters

What Changes With Dealertrack Connected

Service revenue leaks in the gap between the RO closing and anyone reaching out. With Dealertrack connected, Matador sees the RO as it is written and its status as it changes, which means a declined-service message goes out while the recommendation is still fresh and a ready-for-pickup text goes out the minute the car is done. Historical service data comes across too, so you can build a campaign on customers who have not been in for 14 months without exporting a single spreadsheet.

Straight Answers

Questions Worth Asking

Can Matador book the appointment into Dealertrack?
No. This is a read integration on the service side: Matador receives repair orders, RO status and service appointments, but does not push appointments back into Dealertrack. Bookings are confirmed in Matador and worked from there.
Does historical service data come across, or only new ROs?
Both. Live service history drives real-time automations, and historical service data is available for campaigns: mileage and time-since-last-visit segments, declined work, lapsed customers.
Does this cover the sales side of Dealertrack?
This integration is the DMS service data: repair orders and service appointments. Sales leads reach Matador through your CRM and lead-source connections.
How long does it take to connect?
Most stores connect their stack in under an hour and are live within days. Our team handles the configuration: you need a kickoff call and credentials for the systems you want connected.
