As Head of Enterprise Accounts, I work directly with our largest dealership groups to make sure they’re getting the most out of the platform, while also managing the team that supports those accounts every day.

A big part of my role is making sure things run smoothly at scale, whether that’s rolling out new solutions across multiple rooftops, helping leadership measure success, or jumping in with our team to problem-solve when needed. I spend a lot of time connecting the dots between what our enterprise clients need and how Matador can deliver it.

At the end of the day, my job is about relationships and results, keeping our biggest partners happy, successful, and growing with us.

I was actually an early client of Matador before joining the team 3.5 years ago, so I’ve had a front-row seat to watch not only how Matador has grown but also how automotive AI has completely transformed how dealers connect with customers.

It’s exciting to be part of a team that’s pushing the industry forward, helping dealers work smarter, creating better customer experiences, and proving that technology can drive real, measurable results. Watching ideas go from concepts to solutions that are now standard for some of the largest groups in the country is what keeps me motivated every day.

Just seeing the growth over time has been incredible. I started as one of the original Client Success Managers, and now I manage a whole team that supports over 1,000 dealerships.

Seeing how far both the company and my team have come, and knowing I’ve had a hand in that progress, has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

For me, Matador’s culture really fuels how I lead my team and support our enterprise clients. The openness and collaboration make it easy to bring new ideas forward, and I encourage my team to share, test, and innovate without hesitation.

The culture of ownership also really resonates with me. I take a lot of pride in making sure our biggest clients not only succeed with Matador but also feel supported at every step. Knowing that everyone around me shares that same commitment makes my day-to-day both motivating and rewarding.

Broadcasting! I actually used it firsthand at the dealership I worked for before joining Matador, and it completely changed the way I worked my leads.

Being able to text a large group of customers quickly made me so much more efficient with my time, and it directly helped me sell more cars. Instead of spending hours making one-off calls or sending individual texts, I could reach my active leads in just a few clicks and focus on the conversations that mattered most.

Honestly, what really energizes me outside of work is being a mom to my little girl. She’s two, so it’s such a fun stage where everything is new and exciting to her.

I love spending time with her, whether we’re playing outside, going on trips, or just laughing together. Those little moments are what really keep me going and working hard.

I’m a little addicted to buying cowgirl boots. I wear them all the time, and over the years I’ve built quite a collection. I’ve even become known at NADA for my shoes, and it’s kind of my signature at this point!
