Q: Tell us about your role at Matador.
I’m part of the Business Development team, where I focus on starting conversations with dealerships about how Matador’s AI can boost engagement, streamline follow-up, and help sales teams work smarter, not harder. It’s all about listening, learning how they operate, and showing them what’s possible with the right technology in place.
Q: What excites you most about working in automotive AI technology?
We’re not just adding another tool to a dealer’s tech stack; we’re changing how customer communication works in an industry that’s always on. Watching AI handle real conversations in real time, and knowing it’s something that will soon be the standard rather than the bonus, makes this space incredibly exciting.
Q: Can you share a memorable moment or proud achievement since joining Matador?
I’m still early in my journey, but booking my first demos with dealerships that instantly understood the power of Matador’s AI was a standout moment. It felt like the start of something big and confirmed I’m exactly where I should be.
Q: How does Matador’s culture influence your daily work experience?

Q: What’s your favorite feature of the Matador platform, and why?
What I appreciate most about Matador is how it’s built around a simple but powerful idea: no lead left behind. The platform makes it possible for dealerships to stay connected with every prospect, whether they’re brand new, revisiting, or previously forgotten. That kind of consistency isn’t just convenient; it gives sales teams a real edge, and it’s exciting to be part of that.
Q: Outside of work, what passions or hobbies energize you?
I love anything that lets me be creative, whether it’s trying out a new recipe, brainstorming business ideas, or helping people level up their social media communication. I’m also a proud dance mom, which means a lot of my time is spent shuttling kids between studios and rehearsal venues and sitting in loud, dark auditoriums—and I wouldn’t change a thing.
Q: Fun fact about you?
I spent years selling cutting-edge biotech tools and scientific media to researchers and labs. Now I’m selling AI to car dealers. I’ve officially gone from the lab to the lot.
