Why It Matters

What Changes With Serti Connected

Serti is long-established in the Quebec market, and its feed is often the most practical inventory route for the stores that run it. As a Tier 2 source it fills the gap when no direct website feed is on the list; pair it with the Activix or DealerCX connection and the customer side is covered too.

1

Point the feed

We connect your Serti feed and map its vehicle fields.

2

Stay current

New units appear and sold units drop out on their own: nobody maintains a second list.

3

Answer with real stock

The AI quotes trim, price and availability from your feed, and links to the VDP where the feed carries it.

Straight Answers

Questions Worth Asking

When do you use the Serti feed?
Serti is a Tier 2 source, which means we reach for it when your website provider has no direct Tier 1 feed. A Tier 1 feed is preferred where one exists because VDP links and photos are more reliable on it.
What comes through on a Tier 2 feed?
Inventory ingestion wherever the feed is available: enough vehicle data for the AI to answer what is in stock. Link and image coverage varies by provider.
How long does it take to connect?
Most stores connect their stack in under an hour and are live within days. Our team handles the configuration: you need a kickoff call and credentials for the systems you want connected.
