Dealer.com Integration

Matador ingests your Dealer.com inventory direct (VIN, trim and pricing, with VDP links and photos where the feed carries them) so the AI answers availability from live stock.

Why It Matters

What Changes With Dealer.com Connected

Dealer.com is a Tier 1 source, which is the tier that matters for conversations. When a shopper asks whether the silver Highlander is still there, the answer comes from your actual feed, and the reply can carry the VDP link so they land on the right vehicle instead of a search page. That link is the difference between a text that informs and a text that converts.

1

Point the feed

We connect your Dealer.com feed and map its vehicle fields.

2

Stay current

New units appear and sold units drop out on their own: nobody maintains a second list.

3

Answer with real stock

The AI quotes trim, price and availability from your feed, and links to the VDP where the feed carries it.

Straight Answers

Questions Worth Asking

What vehicle data comes through from Dealer.com?
Full inventory ingestion: VIN, year, make, model, trim and price, plus VDP links and photos where the feed provides them. That is enough for the AI to answer availability and pricing questions from live stock rather than deflecting them.
My website provider is not on the list. What then?
We are not adding new website-provider feeds right now, so we would connect a Tier 2 inventory source instead. Vehicle data still reaches Matador; VDP links and photos are less consistent than on a direct feed.
How long does it take to connect?
Most stores connect their stack in under an hour and are live within days. Our team handles the configuration: you need a kickoff call and credentials for the systems you want connected.
