Why It Matters
What Changes With SM360 Connected
SM360 runs the digital side for a large share of Quebec and Ontario dealerships, often across a whole group. Reading its feed as Tier 1 means inventory answers are consistent across every rooftop in that group, and each reply can link to the correct store VDP rather than a generic search, which matters when three of your locations stock the same trim.
1
Point the feed
We connect your SM360 feed and map its vehicle fields.
2
Stay current
New units appear and sold units drop out on their own: nobody maintains a second list.
3
Answer with real stock
The AI quotes trim, price and availability from your feed, and links to the VDP where the feed carries it.

Questions Worth Asking
What vehicle data comes through from SM360?▾
Full inventory ingestion: VIN, year, make, model, trim and price, plus VDP links and photos where the feed provides them. That is enough for the AI to answer availability and pricing questions from live stock rather than deflecting them.
My website provider is not on the list. What then?▾
We are not adding new website-provider feeds right now, so we would connect a Tier 2 inventory source instead. Vehicle data still reaches Matador; VDP links and photos are less consistent than on a direct feed.
How long does it take to connect?▾
Most stores connect their stack in under an hour and are live within days. Our team handles the configuration: you need a kickoff call and credentials for the systems you want connected.
