Matador reads inventory directly from DealersCloud, so vehicle availability, trim and pricing in a conversation always match what is actually on the lot.

Why It Matters
What Changes With DealersCloud Connected
DealersCloud is a Tier 1 feed, so the vehicle data behind every reply is your data. That matters most on the independent side, where stock turns fast and a stale answer costs a real appointment: a unit that sold this morning stops being offered this afternoon, and the AI moves the shopper to the closest alternative instead of promising something gone.
1
Point the feed
We connect your DealersCloud feed and map its vehicle fields.
2
Stay current
New units appear and sold units drop out on their own: nobody maintains a second list.
3
Answer with real stock
The AI quotes trim, price and availability from your feed, and links to the VDP where the feed carries it.

Questions Worth Asking
What vehicle data comes through from DealersCloud?▾
Full inventory ingestion: VIN, year, make, model, trim and price, plus VDP links and photos where the feed provides them. That is enough for the AI to answer availability and pricing questions from live stock rather than deflecting them.
My website provider is not on the list. What then?▾
We are not adding new website-provider feeds right now, so we would connect a Tier 2 inventory source instead. Vehicle data still reaches Matador; VDP links and photos are less consistent than on a direct feed.
How long does it take to connect?▾
Most stores connect their stack in under an hour and are live within days. Our team handles the configuration: you need a kickoff call and credentials for the systems you want connected.
