The useful asymmetry here is on appointments: Matador writes them into TMS and updates them there, but does not read appointments that were booked directly in TMS. In practice that means Matador should be the booking surface. If the desk books in TMS instead, Matador will not know and may keep following up. Lead import runs the other way, so new TMS leads reach the AI without anyone exporting a list.

Push and update only. An appointment Matador books appears in TMS and stays current there. Appointments created directly in TMS are not pulled back into Matador, so book in Matador where you can.

Do new TMS leads reach the AI automatically?

Yes. Lead import is supported, so leads land in Matador and the agent can respond without a manual export.

Can I manage the AI from TMS?

No. Agent and sequence management stays in Matador for this integration, as do broadcast campaigns. Use Open in CRM to move between the two systems.
