What works is the part that matters daily: the text and email history is on the lead record, the right rep owns the lead in both systems, and a CRM signal can stop a Matador sequence so a customer never gets an automated message after a human has taken over. What does not work is appointment sync: DealerPeak has no full public API today, so bookings live in Matador and in your calendar, not in the CRM.

Will appointments Matador books show up in DealerPeak?

No. Appointment push, pull and update are not available on this integration because DealerPeak does not expose a full public API today. Bookings live in Matador; plan your desk process around that.

Can DealerPeak stop the AI from messaging?

Yes. Stop-sequence is supported, so when the CRM signals that a human has the lead, Matador halts the automated follow-up.

Are leads imported automatically?

Not through this integration. Lead import is not supported for DealerPeak, so leads reach Matador through your other connected sources: marketplace and website lead feeds.

How long does it take to connect?
